An added touch of glamour and excitement for the school holiday workshops have seen participants making films for Sony TropJr and films have screened internationally in Texas, Berlin, San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and of course throughout Australia.

Metro Screen film Dry Water: The Making Of wins Best film at TropJr 09
When Gabe was asked “Do you want to be a filmmaker?” his honest answer “I certainly hope so” was confirmed by his out right win of the event. Unlike the characters in the winning film the crew and cast behind Dry Water worked fantastically effortlessly as a team to produce an original story with creativity, flair and genuine hilarity. Enjoyed by both adults and kids in the audience Dry water was produced by a team of young aspiring filmmakers in our regular three day workshop.
